The office sleeps.The work doesn't.

We automate the work people do by hand every day in SAP, in other ERPs and around the office. You explain the job; we turn it into software that runs on its own, under your permissions, logging every step and stopping to ask when it isn't sure.

SAP first, and every other system you use.

Not on the list? Still fine: our robots work on any system with a screen.ERP automation

Same screens, same spreadsheets, every day.

Finance, procurement, production, sales and HR teams spend a good part of the day moving data between systems: SAP to Excel, email to portal. The work isn't hard. It's long, repetitive and easy to get wrong, and the tool that would close the gap usually was never built.

  • Keying invoice lines into SAP one by one
  • Downloading lists from a portal and stitching them together in Excel
  • Matching bank transactions to records by hand
  • Chasing a requisition from approval to purchase order
  • Creating master records one at a time
  • Entering the same data into two different systems
  • Reading incoming emails and forwarding them to the right person
  • Rebuilding the weekly sales report every Monday
  • Merging timesheets and leave records at month-end
  • Rewriting who does what for the team every morning

1 week15 minutes

Monthly invoice posting. It runs overnight, nobody has to watch it, and it never posts the same invoice twice.

Watch the robot at work

A robot that collects supplier invoices from a portal and posts them to the ERP one by one. Every click you see is the robot's.

Invoice transfer · Portal → ERP
Demo environment. Company names and amounts are made up.
  1. 01

    Collects from the portal

Signs in and downloads every invoice in the chosen date range as a single file.

  2. 02

    Posts to the ERP

Matches the supplier, checks the amounts, posts each invoice and records its document number.

Result of this run

  • 13invoices collected from the portal
  • 12invoices posted to the ERP
  • 1invoice set aside for reviewIts supplier isn't set up in the ERP. The robot didn't skip it silently, it flagged it.

We pick the tool to fit the work, not the other way round.

SAP and ERP automation, integration, office automation, custom software and AI. Each one starts in the same place: what the person doing the job today tells us.

  1. SAP and ERP automationWork done by hand in SAP and other ERPs, done by a robot on the same screens.Posting invoices to SAP or your ERP as accounting entries · Creating material, customer and vendor masters in bulk · The chain from purchase requisition to order and receipt · Running month-end and period-end steps in order
  2. IntegrationNobody should be carrying data between systems by hand.Data transfer between SAP or other ERPs and your systems · Connections to banks and e-document services · Bringing Excel, e-mail and portal data into SAP · Monitoring transfers and reporting errors
  3. Office and team automationRepetitive office work outside SAP gets automated too.Merging and reporting on Excel sheets · Weekly and monthly reports prepared and sent · Planned work sent to the team via Teams and e-mail · Incoming requests sorted and routed to the right person
  4. Custom softwareWhere off-the-shelf software falls short, a tool built for the job.In-house tracking and approval apps · Control panels and dashboards · Team planning and task distribution tools · Desktop and web apps that work with SAP data
  5. AI automationAI where rules cannot be written; a person still owns the decision.Reading fields from invoices and documents · Sorting incoming e-mail by topic · Turning free-text requests into structured records · Checking extracted data against SAP records

What our software won't do is as clear as what it will.

  • When unsure, it stops and asks
  • Nothing is entered twice
  • Your data stays in-house
  • Every step on the record
All principles and how we work

You see the first results within weeks.

We start with one job. Once you've seen it work on your own data, we expand.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

You tell us about one job. On the same call, we tell you whether software can take it on and roughly what it would change.

    30 minutes

  2. 02

    Analysis

We sit with the person who does the work and write down every screen, every check and every exception. You get a written proposal with a fixed scope and price.

    1-2 weeks

  3. 03

    Pilot

We run the first version on test data without touching your live systems, then in your test environment. We check the results with your team, line by line.

    2-4 weeks

  4. 04

    Go-live

We move to production in a controlled way. We watch the first runs with you and walk your team through the software and the decisions it will ask them for.

    1-2 weeks

  5. 05

    Maintenance and support

A system update, a new screen, a changed rule: we keep the software current. New jobs are added to the same setup.

What buyers ask us first

What kind of work can software take over?

Work with rules you can write down that comes round regularly: data entry, moving data between systems, reporting, chasing approvals. Where every case needs judgement, a tool that makes the job easier is often a better answer than automation. And we don't throw away the macros and scripts you already have; we keep what works and add the checks they're missing.

Which systems do you work with? Do we need SAP?

Alongside SAP, we work with Excel, Outlook, Teams, web portals, other ERPs and in-house applications. Knowing SAP from the inside is an advantage, not a requirement. We work with companies that don't run SAP too.

Will this affect our existing systems or licensing?

We don't touch your systems without you knowing. Robots sign in as an authorised employee and work through the same screens that person uses every day. Where development inside SAP is needed, changes follow a scope agreed in writing. During discovery we go through what your license agreement says about automation, together with your system owner.

Does our IT team need to sign off?

Yes, and we want them to. We bring IT in from the first week. They know from the start what is installed where, which user it runs under and which systems it connects to.

Where does our data live? Does it leave the company if you use AI?

Our default is software that runs on your own computers, inside your own network. In that case nothing is sent to us or to a cloud service. If a job needs AI or cloud services, we agree in writing beforehand which data goes where, and we won't propose a route that doesn't hold up under data protection law.

What happens if the software makes a mistake?

Our automations are built not to guess. If one can't confirm the result of a step, it won't retry on its own; it marks the item as needing approval and asks you. It never enters the same record twice, holds back incomplete data, and logs every step. If something does go wrong, the log tells you where and why.

How long does it take?

It depends on the job. For a single process you'll usually see a first working version within a few weeks. Simple jobs take much less. You get a firm timeline in writing after the analysis.

How do you price?

After the analysis we define the scope in writing and quote a fixed price for it. Once the software is live, a monthly fee covers maintenance and support.

Give us 30 minutes and one job.

Tell us about a repetitive task or a tool your team is missing. We'll tell you plainly what it needs. If it needs nothing, we'll say that too.
