You know the work.We automate it.

The person who does a job every day knows it best. We listen to them, write down every step and every exception, then turn it into software that runs on its own. Invoices, orders, planning or reports: what the work is does not matter.

  • Nothing is entered twice
  • When unsure, it stops and asks
  • It picks up where it left off

Why we exist

Most office time goes to the same work: a screen in SAP, a sheet in Excel, copy and paste in between, and emails on top. That work produces errors not because it's hard, but because it's long and monotonous.

We hand that work to software. Sometimes it's a robot, sometimes a bridge between two systems, sometimes a small app the team opens every morning. We don't deliver roadmap presentations. We deliver software that's installed and running.

Software that touches your company's records has to earn trust, so we build it to be cautious. When unsure, it stops. It doesn't enter the same record twice. It doesn't lose its place.

We start small. We pick one job and show it working on your own data. Then we decide the rest together.

The small part that took over the work.

Navette is French for shuttle: the part of a loom that carries the thread from one side to the other. For centuries a weaver had to throw and catch it by hand on every pass.

In 1733 John Kay put the shuttle on a track and sent it across with a pull of a cord. The flying shuttle took the repetition out of the weaver's hands, doubled the pace of weaving and became one of the first steps of the industrial revolution.

That is where our name comes from. We do the same thing today: we build software that runs back and forth between your systems and takes the repetition off people's hands.

Every piece of software we ship follows these rules.

Nothing is entered twice
The software tracks the status of every record. However many times a job runs, a record that's already processed is never written again.
When unsure, it stops and asks
It never guesses its way past a step it can't confirm. It marks the item as needing approval and leaves the call to the right person.
It picks up where it left off
If the computer restarts or a connection drops, the unfinished work is found and carried on from there. No starting over.
Your data stays in-house
By default, our software runs on your own computers and network. No cloud, and personal data stays inside the company.
Every step on the record
Who processed which record, when, and with what result: all of it is written down. No hunting for screenshots at audit time.
It works under your permissions
A robot uses the user account and session of the person who does the job today. Your system authorisations don't change, and every entry has a clear owner.
Every change is tested
Every product we deliver runs automated tests. When we find a bug, we write the test first, then fix it.

Your data stays with you

By default, the software we write runs on your company's own computers and network. No data is sent to us or to a cloud service, and your IT team knows from day one what lives where.

  • No cloud by default; the software runs on your internal network.
  • Where a job needs AI or cloud services, which data goes where is agreed in writing first.
  • Passwords are stored encrypted, only on the machine the software runs on, and never written to logs or reports.
  • Control screens are reachable only from inside the company network, and every user action is audited.
  • Installation happens with your IT team's knowledge and approval.
  • Personal data is processed only as far as needed, in line with KVKK and other applicable data protection law.

From the first call to go-live, step by step.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery call

You tell us about one job. On the same call, we tell you whether software can take it on and roughly what it would change.

    30 minutes

  2. Step 02

    Analysis

We sit with the person who does the work and write down every screen, every check and every exception. You get a written proposal with a fixed scope and price.

    1-2 weeks

  3. Step 03

    Pilot

We run the first version on test data without touching your live systems, then in your test environment. We check the results with your team, line by line.

    2-4 weeks

  4. Step 04

    Go-live

We move to production in a controlled way. We watch the first runs with you and walk your team through the software and the decisions it will ask them for.

    1-2 weeks

  5. Step 05

    Maintenance and support

A system update, a new screen, a changed rule: we keep the software current. New jobs are added to the same setup.

    Ongoing

Let's start with one job.

Tell us about the repetitive work that eats most of your team's time. In 30 minutes we'll tell you what software could change.
