To keep the site secure, our hosting provider may briefly retain technical data such as IP address, date and time in server logs.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data such as health, religious or biometric data. Please don't include it in your message.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and arrange a discovery call.
If your request turns into a business relationship, to prepare a proposal and handle the contract.
To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
Legal basis
Taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
Our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and keeping the site secure, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the equivalent bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f).
We don't rely on your consent for this processing. If we ever need consent for something else, we'll ask separately.
How we collect it
We collect personal data electronically, partly by automated means, when you fill in the contact form on this site or email us directly.
How long we keep it
If your request doesn't lead to a business relationship, we keep your data for up to 12 months from our last exchange, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
If we do start working together, data is kept for the retention periods required by applicable law.
