Software built around the work no off-the-shelf package fits
Every company has work that no packaged product quite fits. It usually lives in a shared spreadsheet, a chain of e-mails or someone's memory. We build desktop and web applications, control panels and workflow software for that work, connected to SAP or whichever ERP you run, and to the other tools you already use. You describe the work, we build the tool.
What we build
They have one thing in common: small, clear tools a team uses every day, designed in the language of the people doing the work.
- Internal tools: request collection, approvals, tracking and checklists
- Control panels: one screen showing the state of robots, transfers and processes
- Team apps: daily plans, work distribution, task tracking
- Workflow software: who a document or request goes to, and in which order
- Desktop applications that run on your network and usually install without admin rights
- Web applications opened from the internal network or through secure access
Off the shelf or custom
If a reasonably priced product already does what you need, we will tell you to buy it. Custom software makes sense when the rules are specific to your company, when packaged products do not talk to SAP, your ERP or your existing tools, or when data must not leave the company.
The real cost of custom software is not the first version but the years of maintenance after it. So we start small: one version that solves one job and actually gets used, then growth driven by that use.
How we build
We design with the person who does the work and put a first version in front of them as early as possible. A working version instead of a long specification: the user tries it, says what is missing, and the next version follows from that. For small tools that loop is measured in days, for larger applications in weeks.
Critical rules are protected by automated tests. Installer, user documentation and training are part of every delivery, and maintenance continues after go-live.
From our projects
For one team we built a tool that sends the planned work to the team every morning and evening through Teams and e-mail; the plan is entered once and the tool handles distribution. For a manufacturer we built a modular platform that carries the repetitive SAP work of several teams; each new process is a new module.
Questions
Will the application run in the cloud?
Only if you want it to. Our default is on-premises: a desktop application or a web application on your internal network. If outside access is needed, we design it with your IT team's rules.
Does our IT team need to be involved?
Our desktop tools usually install without admin rights. Where servers, networks or SAP connections are involved, we work with your IT team and share requirements in writing beforehand.
Can the application connect to our ERP?
Yes. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Canias or another ERP: directly if the system offers a way to connect, and through a robot working on its screens if it does not. The application can read data from the ERP and write results back to it.
How do you price a project?
By scope. After the discovery call and a short analysis we give scope, timeline and price in writing. We recommend a small first version to keep both risk and cost low.

Tell us about a repetitive task or a tool your team is missing. We'll tell you plainly what it needs. If it needs nothing, we'll say that too.
