You explain the work.We automate it.

We can automate almost any task your people do by hand in SAP, in other ERPs or around the office. You know the process best; we listen, write it down step by step and turn it into software that runs on its own. What follows is what we do most often, not where we stop.

SAP and ERP automation

Work done by hand in SAP and other ERPs, done by a robot on the same screens.

Posting entries, creating documents, chasing approvals, period-end tasks. A robot does what an employee does step by step in SAP, in ERPs such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Logo, Netsis or Mikro, and in other programs, under the same permissions. It logs every step, stops and asks when unsure, and picks up where it left off. If the job needs a small report or check inside SAP, we add that too, in ABAP.

Typical work5
  • Posting invoices to SAP or your ERP as accounting entries
  • Creating material, customer and vendor masters in bulk
  • The chain from purchase requisition to order and receipt
  • Running month-end and period-end steps in order
  • Turning SAP data into reports and e-mails

Integration

Nobody should be carrying data between systems by hand.

If data moves by hand between SAP or your ERP and banks, e-document services, e-commerce, CRM, production systems or in-house applications, we build the bridge. Transfers are monitored, and when something goes wrong the right person hears about it.

Typical work5
  • Data transfer between SAP or other ERPs and your systems
  • Connections to banks and e-document services
  • Bringing Excel, e-mail and portal data into SAP
  • Monitoring transfers and reporting errors
  • Making old scripts and macros dependable

Office and team automation

Repetitive office work outside SAP gets automated too.

Every company has a workload outside SAP: Excel sheets to merge, reports prepared every week, approvals that run on e-mail, daily tasks handed out to the team. We turn these into flows that run on their own through Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Typical work5
  • Merging and reporting on Excel sheets
  • Weekly and monthly reports prepared and sent
  • Planned work sent to the team via Teams and e-mail
  • Incoming requests sorted and routed to the right person
  • Approval and reminder flows

Custom software

Where off-the-shelf software falls short, a tool built for the job.

A tracking sheet that outgrew Excel, a process that lives in e-mail threads, a list everyone keeps separately. We turn these into a simple desktop or web application the team opens every day.

Typical work5
  • In-house tracking and approval apps
  • Control panels and dashboards
  • Team planning and task distribution tools
  • Desktop and web apps that work with SAP data
  • Easy to install, maintained by us

AI automation

AI where rules cannot be written; a person still owns the decision.

For reading documents, sorting e-mail or pulling data from free text, we use AI as one step in the automation. We measure accuracy together on your own documents, and any item the system is unsure about goes to a person for approval.

Typical work5
  • Reading fields from invoices and documents
  • Sorting incoming e-mail by topic
  • Turning free-text requests into structured records
  • Checking extracted data against SAP records
  • Routing uncertain items for approval

Work that can be automated in every part of SAP.

This is a selection of what we see most often. The same work can be automated in Dynamics, Oracle, Logo and other ERPs; any task repeated over and over on a screen is a candidate.

Can’t find your task on this page?

This page shows what we do often, not the limit of what we can do. Any task done by hand, repeated, or carried between two systems by copy and paste is a candidate. Tell us about it and we will say plainly on the first call whether it can be done.

What changes for each team?

Who it suits, and who it doesn’t

A good fit

  • Mid-sized and large companies
  • Teams that use SAP or another ERP, and teams with heavy office work
  • Regular, repeated work whose rules can be explained
  • Teams carrying data between systems by hand
  • Anyone needing a tool built for their work rather than a package
  • Managers who want to start with one task and grow from results

Not a fit

  • Work that needs a different judgement every time and can’t be explained as rules
  • Anyone looking only for a consulting report or a roadmap
  • Buyers who want an off-the-shelf licence
  • Anyone expecting AI to decide without human oversight

Not a presentation. Software that is installed and running.

  • Installation or access

Desktop software comes with an installer; web apps run on your internal network or wherever you prefer. Your IT team knows what runs where.

  • Control panel

A simple screen showing what the software did, where it stopped and which decision is waiting for you.

  • Records and reports

Every run keeps a summary, the records processed and an event log. The result arrives by e-mail.

  • Trial mode

The flow can be rehearsed without touching live systems. Changes are seen here before they go live.

  • Training

A short training session and a plain user guide for the team that will use it.

  • Maintenance and support

When something changes in your systems or process, we update the software. Nothing is delivered before it passes its tests.

Let’s start with one task.

Tell us about the repetitive work that costs you the most time. In 30 minutes we will talk through how it could be handed to software.
